FacilityFlo is an intelligent, paperless facility management solution that streamlines and tracks maintenance operations even while they are on the go. By giving technicians and managers a single platform to report issues, schedule maintenance, and assign work orders either with their mobile app or on a desktop, FacilityFlo can help you simplify maintenance workflows, improve service levels and save time on reporting.

How does it work?

FacilityFlo is a 3-Apps-in-1-platform available in English and Traditional Chinese, explicitly designed for managers, technicians, tenants and staff:

  • The Manager interface empowers managers to gain visibility over operations through planning and managing the work orders assigned to technicians, track KPI, conduct detailed cost analysis, technicians and suppliers’ evaluation, and monitor SLA compliance.
  • The user-friendly mobile app allows field technicians to access real-time information on equipment failure, receive and manage maintenance work orders, execute tasks and report issues. In addition, technicians can tap an NFC tag on the equipment to access all asset information they need at their fingertips.
  • For tenants, staff members or end-users, the app allows them to report and track equipment failures in their buildings. End users can also communicate with the technicians directly regarding the failures reported via in-app messaging.


Automate Work Order Management
FacilityFlo automatically assign work orders created by tenants and staff to the technicians based on their expertise and location. Technicians can receive push notifications and filter work orders by types, location, equipment, and priority.

Smoothen Procurement Process
The procurement module connects buyers and sellers on FacilityFlo platform. External suppliers can review and approve a quotation created by buyers for specific equipment or material.

One Place to Monitor All Preventive Maintenance Tasks
The Planner module estimates durations of each work order and allows the manager to supervise work plan execution in real-time. Technicians and managers can check scheduled preventive maintenance works and pending tasks on the calendar.

Better Insights into Assets Management

A location-based asset map helps record equipment status and critical information. Users can add photos, technical specifications, warranties and more.

Redefining Facility Management with Artificial Intelligence
FacilityFlo collects all data entered by the field technicians and transforms it into intelligent suggestions, reducing human errors and make the process faster.

The platform is integrated with 16+ IoT sensors such as water meters, temperature and CO2. Open API enables users to build and customise their app as needed and integrate with over 100 third-party software such as CRM, SAP etc.
